After a very stressful disater on the trains the first time we saw her, she calmed the situation down and made me feel totally at ease, giving wonderful suggestions. We later came back for our final appointment to check over our wedding bands before we got the engraved and Isobel made it beyond extra special to re-create and make this appointment the one we could remember it all by. Adding all the extra touches, special pictures and a fizz to add to the day. We has previously had a phone call and emails and she was beyond kind and caring and unique cared and went above and beyond. Our wedding rings have literally just arrived, adding another extra special moment to our wedding countdown. Isobel was incredible in the process and we want to thank you so very much.
