V12 Financing - For orders up to
For orders up to , you can select V12’s financing option and spread the cost of your purchase over 6 to 36 months.
Step 1 - At checkout, select to pay through V12 financing. You’ll be directed to V12’s website and asked to select your preferred payment plan. There is a 0% APR rate when you pay over 6 months, 9.9% APR representative over 12 months and 12.9% APR Representative up to 36 months.
Step 2 - To qualify for flexible payment, you’ll need to complete a credit application. You will know in under 20 minutes if your application is approved to complete your order. Delays may occur over weekends and holidays. A first deposit may apply depending on your finance option, so be sure to check this before confirming.
Step 3 - You’re done! Once your order is confirmed, our jewellers will start crafting your item and will ship it over to you in the usual time period. You will then start paying for your item in monthly instalments on V12’s secure website.Please note you can only pay by debit card for deposits and direct debit for installments.
What if I return my item?
If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or an exchange within the first 30 days following reception. Your V12 application will be cancelled once we receive your returned item, and you will be refunded any amount paid in. It usually takes up to five days for your refund to be processed.

Klarna Pay Later - For orders up to
For orders up to , you can use Klarna’s Pay Later option. Through Klarna Pay Later, pay for your jewellery up to 30 days after you place the order with absolutely no interest or extra fees
How does it work?
Step 1 - At check-out, select Klarna’s Pay Later option. You will be directed to Klarna’s website to confirm the option. Klarna will confirm your eligibility through a soft credit check which does not affect your credit score. There is no need for card details to complete the order.
Step 2 - We’ll then prepare and send over your item, no questions asked! The agreed payment period starts once we ship your order. This means you have 30 days after shipment to complete your payment.
Step 3 - Once you’re ready, proceed to extra-secure payment on Klarna’s app or website, and use either credit or debit card.

Step 3 - You’re done! Our jewellers will start crafting your item and will ship it over to you in the usual delays. You will then start paying for your item in monthly instalments online or through Klarna’s app. Some interest rates may apply, so make sure you check these before applying for credit.

Opt for Splitit flexible payment and spread your cost over three monthly instalments. What’s best is that Splitit has 0% interest rate, and requires no credit checks—easy!
How does it work?
Step 1 - At check-out, select Splitit payment option. You will be directed to a secure payment page to fill in your card details and settle the first of the three payments.
Step 2 - We’ll start handcrafting your item in the usual time period as soon as you complete the first payment.
Step 3 - All that is left now is to enjoy your stunning jewellery! You’ll be reminded by Splitit to complete the two remaining monthly payments on their website.
