Excellent Service; Choice and the way the ring was made up and personalised was very good. Staff were quick to respond to queries. Delivery and presentation were equally good. the main reason for four / five was I'm always very relucant to give a perfect score but I would use 77 Diomands again without hesitation.

I had my doubts. Spending that much money on something you can't feel or touch was unnerving but the help and assistance provided was top notch throughout and went miles to assuage any doubts. After spending hours looking and fairly meaningless (to me at least) numbers letters and acronyms, I look the plunge and made an appointment at the lovely London showroom and after an hour with a lovely and very helpful assistant I finally built up the courage (and enough knowledge) to take the plunge. And the result is beyond perfect. Everyone gushes at how beautiful the ring is and the stone, it's crowning glory, is splendid. Thank you 77. After spending ages in various high street shops dealing with clueless assistants I can't compare you favourably enough. And compared to high street prices, you get a he'll of a lot more for your money too.
