A bit about us. My name is Anya, and my husband Benjamin and I actually met through Instagram. He thought he recognised me, so he sent me a DM, and the rest is history!
Early on, I had shared a lot of pictures of ring styles I loved with him. Little did I know, after we bought our first house and moved in together, Benjamin started doing serious research on rings. With his background in fashion and attention to details, he wanted it to be absolutely perfect (and it really was). Benjamin decided to design the ring himself, and he worked with 77 Diamonds to make his vision a reality.
Bespoke Ring in 18K Yellow GoldThe proposal itself was magical. When Benjamin booked a surprise trip to the Cotswolds, I thought something might be up, but I didn’t want to assume. We were staying at a lovely hotel with a balcony that overlooked the idyllic countryside. It was so beautiful, I honestly forgot about the possibility of a proposal.
Benjamin decided to design the ring himself, and he worked with 77 Diamonds to make his vision a reality.— AnyaWe were on our hotel balcony with the countryside as the backdrop. Benjamin asked me to pop the bottle of champagne, since I’m much better at it than he is! As I popped the cork, I turned to find him down on one knee, asking the question. The moment was everything I had dreamed of in our favourite place!
A year later, we got married in Las Vegas. It was a very intimate wedding, just the two of us, along with our parents. We got married at the famous Little White Chapel with Elvis, making it a fun and unforgettable experience. We’re even planning to go back next year for our first anniversary!
