Your ring should feel as perfect as it looks. To ensure the ideal fit, 77 Diamonds offers a tailored resizing service based on each ring’s design and setting. While full diamond bands cannot be resized, most styles can be adjusted with care. Please review our 60-day resizing policy below for further details, or reach out to our Customer Care team for personalised assistance.

Resizing lead times vary depending on your location and the complexity of the work required. Our team will confirm an approximate lead time once your item has been assessed.

Please note that you are entitled to one complimentary resize per item. Should you require another resize service, a standard SEK 1.323 resizing fee will apply. Items that have been exchanged do not qualify for the complimentary resizing service, and cannot be remade. 

Engraved Rings: If your ring includes an engraving, a resizing will remove the original engraving and a new one will need to be applied. This will incur an additional engraving fee. Whenever possible, we recommend confirming your final ring size before requesting an engraving.

- For plain bands (non-diamond and non-gemstone set rings), we offer complimentary resizing up to two sizes up or down within the 60 days after delivery. For size adjustments beyond two sizes, the process will depend on the ring’s design. If the resizing exceeds two sizes and the design allows it, a fee of SEK 662 will apply.

- For diamond-set or gemstone-set engagement rings, each piece must first be assessed to determine whether resizing is possible, or if a remake is required.

- If a remake of the ring is necessary, a minimum fee of SEK 1.323 will apply, varying based on the new size and the style of the band. Kindly note that we are unable to accept remakes for any ring that has been engraved, resized previously or shows any signs of wear or scratches. 

- Full eternity rings: Due to the nature of the setting, full eternity rings cannot be resized and a brand new ring will need to be made. The price will depend on the cost difference between sizes with a minimum charge of SEK 1.323 within 60 days of delivery. Kindly note that we are unable to accept remakes for any ring that has been engraved or shows any signs of wear or scratches. 

- Half & ¾ eternity rings: Due to the nature of the setting, all half and ¾ eternity rings must be assessed to ensure that a resize is possible. If not, the ring will need to be remade. The resizing is free of charge if it doesn't exceed two sizes up or down. For any resize above two sizes, a service fee of SEK 662 will apply, provided the ring design allows it. If a remake of the ring is necessary, a minimum charge of SEK 1.323 will apply, although it may be higher depending on the cost difference between sizes. Kindly note that we are unable to accept remakes for any ring that has been engraved, resized previously or shows any signs of wear or scratches.

Depending on your ring’s design, resizing may incur additional costs, which will be your responsibility. Any extra charges will be communicated to you beforehand, and you can then decide whether to proceed with the size adjustment.

Resizing rings beyond the 60-day policy will incur a minimum fee of SEK 1.323 for any size adjustment, provided it is up to two sizes above or below the original size. If the size adjustment falls outside the standard two size difference, this fee may be higher depending on the resize. Sometimes, a resize isn’t possible given the size difference and/or structure of the ring setting, so please be aware that beyond the 60-day policy window, we do not accept rings that need to be remade. In such cases, a new ring setting will need to be purchased, with the cost quoted on a case-by-case basis. 

If you're unable to visit one of our showrooms and require your piece to be sent to our workshop for resizing, please note that you'll be responsible for sending your item back: this includes shipping costs and the return shipment following completion of the resizing service.

We highly recommend that you insure your piece for its full value while in transit to our workshop.

Shipping charges will vary depending on the destination and will be confirmed to you prior to dispatch.

For customs and regulatory reasons, we are only able to return a piece to the same country to which the original order was dispatched. We are unable to arrange delivery to an alternative country.
