戒指到货拖了很久，我被告知了错误的到达日期信息，却无法访问我被告知能使用的追踪系统。我觉得这个服务并不好，前提是订婚戒指既昂贵又具感情。虽然Toni（还有一位我记不清名字的好心女士）帮了我很多忙，抱怨后及时告诉我情况，虽然我收到了50英镑的善意退款，但我整体上对服务还是很失望，更希望能在合理的时间内拿到戒指，并及时更新。话虽如此，戒指本身还是不错的。比预期的小一些，但依然漂亮。
