If you do not know the ring size of the person you are purchasing the ring for and want to keep the purchase a secret, please select "I don't know" and proceed with the purchase. Afterwards please contact us and we will help you to determine the best course of action. Once a ring has been presented, the ring can always be adjusted to the correct size.

If your purchase is not confidential, there are a number of alternatives to finding the correct finger size:

Go into any local jewellery store and have the finger size measured

Contact Customer Services for a Free Finger Sizer sent to you by post

Visit our showroom (strictly by appointment) for an accurate finger size measurement

Resizing policy:

If you do not know the ring size, please leave the ring size as “I Don’t Know”, and we will make the ring a standard ring size (between L – M). Once you have received the ring and are able to determine the correct size, you can send it back to us for a free resize.

If you have already requested a ring size with your initial order and this turns out to be incorrect, the second resizing will be charged at our standard rate of £45 including VAT.

All our rings are laser resized for a better quality finish and added strength.
