The ring and the diamond are really great (the authenticity of the diamond was also confirmed to me by the local jeweler when the ring was reduced in size). So the most important thing is absolutely great! Not so great was the service and personal contact. The contact person kept changing, statements that had previously been made were revised by the next person, which was annoying and resulted in many emails (as it was difficult to reach them by phone). Everything worked out in the end, but it was still very stressful. To avoid the stress, make sure you allow plenty of time for the period from order to delivery (approx. 4-8 weeks).
