A diamond-encrusted dummy, the ultimate in baby-wear has been unveiled by an online company.
Setting the average parent back a cool $17,000, the diamond pacifier boasts 3cts of pave set diamonds on a 14kt white gold setting making it the most expensive dummy in the market. Thought to have been snapped up by many a celebrity parent – Angelina Jolie is thought to have bought two for her young twins – the company do advise that the pacifier is used only as a keepsake.
The diamond dummy is thought to be set with nearly 300 white diamonds, although the item can be customized with coloured diamonds, images, names, initials, birth weight... The list goes on.
