Rumours are forming regarding news that VH1 reality show star Nicole "Hoopz" Alexander may be engaged to basketball star Shaquille O’Neal following a romantic proposal Monday night. The sportsman apparently got down on one knee on the dance floor and presented his girlfriend with a diamond engagement ring.
According to several media sources, O'Neal took Alexander and some close friends to Sahara Mediterranean Cuisine and Hookah Lounge for dinner. Owner of the Lounge, Sam David, revealed that this is where he believed O'Neal may have popped the question to his girlfriend.
David told reporters, "I think he may have proposed to his girlfriend,"
"He brought a chair into the middle of the dance floor and he put a ring on her finger."
As of yet there have been no official confirmations of this star engagement.
However, speculation is also heightened by the fact that O’Neal recently purchased a home in Sudbury which reportedly has four dwellings, including a 13-room manor home, a 4-season party house, a 5-room guest house, and a 3-room apartment and a par-3 golf course, located on a private hilltop. People are now supposing that this move may have been to be closer to his fiancé.
