Well it seems that the stakes just got even higher as a British games maker has launched the world’s most expensive poker set, which will set the buyer back a cool $7.5million, according to Antwerp Facets Online.
The custom-made poker set is thought to include a platinum-plated deck of cards and chips set with a medley of precious gems in white gold. However, designer Geoffrey Parker has made sure that the poker set is presented pretty well too. Gone are the cardboard cases of your average games set and in with an alligator skin one, lined with 18K gold and diamond.
The poker set is rumoured to feature nearly 23,000 stones and reportedly weighs in at 1,012ct with orders already being taken.
